Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Platform Support and Maintenance working with Tech and Global Process Owners to ensure support for central entities and business units is managed efficiently and effectively.
- Continuous Improvement and Process Optimisation Provide technical leadership in the identification of continuous improvement initiatives aligned to identified measures of success and targets; improve user experience, working closely with Finance and Procurement Business Owners.
- Knowledge and Change Management To become the knowledge centre of technical expertise and best practice, ownership of change management initiatives and deployment of training across Prudential (training strategy and program).
- Functional Support Working with Tech support team for deeper understanding of system related incidents and issues and their effective resolution, application and interface monitoring
- Change Control Board Ownership of the Finance (Oracle) & Procurement/Third Party Risk Management (Coupa) governance framework, together with the business owners, ensuring that change requests and new release functionality to the design and configuration of the systems are compliant to Prudential's Universal Core Model and Prudential's strategic objectives
- Release Management Provide the leadership on new Oracle/Coupa releases from requirements analysis, change assessment, implementation and regression testing
- Reporting and Analytics Leadership in identifying reporting requirements for business units and stakeholders to support strategic objectives
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing a shared services or CoE function across multiple markets in Asia, preferably in Finance & Procurement and with a detailed understanding and knowledge of finance and source-to-pay processes
- Strong understanding of a Finance & Source-to-Pay system and its related functionalities, Oracle, Coupa or other main ERP systems e.g. SAP, Workday experience will be a plus
- Strong knowledge of people management and development, change management, project management and information technology literacy and applications
- Proven experience in delivering system implementations across multiple geographies with diverse stakeholder groups and complex requirements
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience (both internal and external stakeholders) with senior management/ (C-Suite level)
- Strong networking, communication and influencing skills, able to work with colleagues from different management levels, cultures and background to influence changed behaviours across cultural and geographic boundaries
- Excellent organizational, analytical, time management skills.

- Deep analytical mindset and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail, whilst being able to operate at the strategic level and understand the bigger picture
