ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be expected to:
- Review and authorize disbursement requests with a high degree of accuracy.
Ensure timely completion of settlements and compliance with regulatory standards.- Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of financial transactions.
Accurately process and input financial data into the system.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Compile, update, and maintain comprehensive financial data in databases and systems.- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Provide support in various finance-related projects and initiatives, contributing to team success.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement necessary changes.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Diploma or Degree or equivalent in Finance/ Office Management / Business Administration /Business Management or relevant field.
1 to 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
Have keen attention to detail and is very meticulous.- Excellent time management, organisational, and administration skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Words.
- Independent, resources, and have high common sense.
Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet deadlines.- Possess good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
