Monitor all accounts payable balances.
Ensure three-way matching (PO/contract, goods receipt, and invoice); verify payment information and document compliance with Group policy, company regulations, and legal requirements.
Prepare journal entries for invoice posting and related entries for the accounts payable section, and input data into the SAP system according to the company matrix.
Process payment applications, including uploading to the banking system, and ensure accurate and timely payments to suppliers.
Provide documentation, communicate, and coordinate with the bank as directed by the Finance Manager.
Conduct accounts payable analysis, including balance sheet movements; forecast and budget payable balances as directed by the Finance Manager.
Prepare reconciliations for intra-group balances; liaise with relevant parties and enter data into the Intra-Group system (NICs) by noon on the third working day of each month.
Perform Value Added (VA) control tasks as assigned.
Manage document retention as directed by the Finance Manager.
Take actions to improve working capital.
Confirm payables upon request from suppliers, reconcile company balances for audit purposes at year-end, and as needed.
Manage inventory and related tasks as assigned, including conducting regular inventory counts in line with Group and Company policies.
Undertake additional assignments as needed over time.
No experience necessary. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Economics.
Demonstrates personal responsibility and ownership for achieving results and objectives.
Proactive in managing self-development and learning activities. Keen to learn new things.
Has a pleasant personality, is hardworking, attentive to detail, and capable of working under pressure in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and English.
