Minimum Diploma in accounting with 2 years experience or Degree with 1 years experience.
- Process sales invoice/debit note/credit note.
- Ensure all acknowledge receipt of customer invoice being pass back to acc dept.
- Assisting in preparing accrued income schedule.
- Maintains historical records by microfilming and filing documents.
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing relates results as needed.
- Perform any other duties as instructed by HOD and/or Senior Management as and when required.
- Strictly observe Harta Anti-Bribery Policy and all other Companys Rules & Regulations.
- The existing Roles & Responsibilities are subject to changes from time to time as and when necessary.
