Job Description

Job Responsibility

Financial Management

  • Oversee the management of company-wide financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and receipts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and data management.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to aid in financial planning.
  • Monitor cash flow, ensuring the company maintains healthy liquidity.

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and monthly/quarterly gross sales reports.
  • Oversee the preparation of audit-ready financial statements and liaise with external auditors.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making by senior management.

Compliance & Regulatory Duties

  • Ensure compliance with all financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, managing tax returns, and coordinating audits.
  • Manage financial risks and ensure proper internal controls.

Vendor & Supplier Management

  • Oversee payment schedules and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure timely payments and manage negotiations with suppliers regarding payment terms and conditions.

Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Provide financial insights to the leadership team, supporting company growth strategies.
  • Analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring continuous development of financial capabilities.

Administrative & Support Functions

  • Handle financial-related administrative tasks such as loan agreements, bank matters, and company insurance policies.
  • Manage payroll, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
  • At least 4 years of experience in a financial management role.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in financial management software (QuickBooks preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
