POSITION : FINANCE MANAGER

Job Description:_
- Responsible for managing and controlling all finance related operations of the company.
Preparing cash flow reports, conducting financial analysis and preparing periodic financial reports of the company.- Prepare, compute, manage, research and analyse all accounting data, in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows of our business.
Responsible to establishing and maintaining effective procurement, recommending proper amendment for financial policies and procedures.
- Ensure tax, legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions of the company.
Provide leadership and coaching to lead, develop and strengthen the internal control of the company.- Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly financial statements, cash flow, tax reports, payroll and etc.
Manage, review, analyse and coordinate the submission of the monthly reports to the stakeholders of the company.
- Ensure the sound financial performance of the company with the introduction of internal control policies, better cash flow management, AR collections, cost control, supply chain and inventory management, etc.
Prepare, assist and review the preparation of the companys annual business plans, budget.- To assist in tax planning and financing strategies of the company.
To work with auditors, banks, tax authority and other regulators and ensure legal and regulatory compliance of the company.
- Handle related corporate tax matters.
Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.- Additional controllers duties as necessary.
_Job Requirement:
_- Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking
At least 3 years of managerial experiences and above in Finance Management
- Analytical, resourceful, organized, meticulous, responsible, problem solving skill, excellent communication skill
Detail-oriented and strong interpersonal skill- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software
