Prerequisites:
- Degree in accounting with minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Experienced in the manufacturing sector, with at least 2 years of team management experience
- Proven experience in process design or re engineering
- Optional experience in system setup or migration is highly desirable
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and accounting software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with the associates
- Initiative, possesses positive attitude and good team player
