Job Requirements- Responsible for overseeing and managing the financial and accounting functions of multiple startup companies involved in investment, healthcare, digital marketing, and the entertainment industry.
Requires a hands-on approach to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring accurate financial reporting across various entities. Manage daily transactions, including accounts payable / receivable, general ledger & bank reconciliation
- Preparing budgeting reports, forecasts and cash flow projections
Managing month-end and year-end closing- Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
Monitor accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices and proper documentation of expenses.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis.
Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agents, Company Secretaries, Bankers and Government Authorities- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
Perform other ad hoc tasks as and when required
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Min 5 years of experience in related field
Experience in investment, healthcare, digital marketing or entertainment industry have added advantage.- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
