Responsibilities :- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.
Maintain the financial health of the organization.
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the companys actual performance compared to the business plans.
Develop trends and projections for the firms finances.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
Manage the preparation of the companys budget.
Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
Set up, manage and coordinate the operation of ERP system, promote the smooth operation of ERP.

Creating and updating expense reports
Processing reimbursement forms
Managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices.
Help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions
- Work experience as an Finance Manager with 5 years experience and above
Knowledge of intermediate book keeping procedures
- Familiarity with finance regulations
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software
Organization skills
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance or relevant field any accounting compentency certificate
