Job Description
- Review and provide commentary on monthly financial results in alignment with global strategy and insights.
- Roll over monthly variance commentary files and distribute them to team members.
- Prepare and update the workflow checklist.
- Manage the month-end and quarter-end close financial operations.
- Oversee the preparation of the annual budget for relevant cost centres.
- Participate in project improvements and develop team development plans.
- Assign tasks and projects to staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
The Successful Applicant
- Chartered Accountant (CA), ACA, ACCA, or ICAEW professional certification.
- Experience in shared services RTR/ GL
- Proven leadership experience.
- Proficient in English to handle native English-speaking markets.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
