Job Description:
- LARUS Limited is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance team, oversee financial operations, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights. This role will report to the CEO and support the company's business goals by guiding financial decision-making and implementing effective financial strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads, guides and manages the Finance Team to fulfill the responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develops, monitors, and updates financial models to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Financial Reporting: Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in compliance with financial standards.
- Budget Management: Oversees budgeting processes, analyzes variances, and recommends adjustments to align with business objectives.
- Cash Flow Management: Manages cash flow, monitors accounts receivable, and accounts payable, and maintains optimal cash balances.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensures compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards; coordinates internal and external audits.
- Tax Management: Oversees tax compliance and planning and optimizes tax obligations in line with regulations.
- Cost Control & Optimization: Identifies cost-saving opportunities and implements best practices to improve financial performance.
- Risk Management: Assesses and manages financial risks, develops mitigation strategies, and advises on financial impacts.
- Business Partnering: Works with department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identifies and implements process improvements to streamline financial operations and enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a financial management role, ideally with experience in multinational or high-growth companies.
Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling
- Capable of working under a fast-changing and intense environment
Knowledge:
- Excellent understanding of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and accounting principles
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in various regions
- Languages: Proficiency in Chinese; additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, French, German) are a plus.
