Responsibilities- Ensure effective maintenance of full set of accounts, GST and income tax submission, cash flow forecast, and accurate reporting and statutory matters.
Ensuring strict compliance with all accounting procedures and company policies where applicable.- Attend to auditors on any queries and meet stipulated deadlines.
Developed policies, processes and procedures to ensure their relevance to change in Companys directions, business models.
- Lead the team to achieve targeted and KPI set by management for processing function
Lead and manage staff competency skills, growth the team .- To align and standardize end to end process and implement automation technology to maximize the efficiency improvement
Review creditor and follow-up closely on overdue payments.
- Ensure debtors clearing and merchant clearing are completed monthly
Preparation of yearly budget, and periodic updating of re-forecast.- Preparation and analysis of monthly management reports, highlighting variances between actual and forecast/budget and recommending performance improvement initiatives.
Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management
At least a Bachelors degree / Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking and minimum 3 years experience in a Managerial position
- Experience with operations of Retail/F&B industry will be an advantage.
Possess in-depth knowledge of ERP system, accounting framework and Regulations.- Experience in ERP & POS system would be an added advantage.
PC literate especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
- Financial Management skills including budgeting and forecasting will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills including relationship building.
