About Us:

HYGR is an exciting Malaysian online business that specializes in selling natural lip balms and deodorants packaged sustainably. We are a dynamic and ambitious startup with a strong commitment to sustainability and promoting natural products. Our goal is to become one of the leading sustainable and natural Malaysian brands in the market. Currently, we are a team of 20 individuals, and we are actively expanding our team to take our brand to the next level.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's long-term growth and profitability.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors.
Financial Management:
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and risk management practices.
  • Optimize capital structure and ensure effective use of financial resources.
Operational Efficiency:
  • Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and improve supply chain efficiency.
Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and drive operational excellence across the organization.
Supply Chain Management:
  • Oversee supply chain functions to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement and distribution of goods.
Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure supply chain resilience and manage any disruptions effectively.
Leadership and Team Development:
  • Lead and mentor the finance and supply chain teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve company-wide objectives.
  • Represent the company to financial partners, including investors, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
Strong background in supply chain and operations management.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
