Financial Strategy and Planning:- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's long-term growth and profitability.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.- Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors.
Financial Management:- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and risk management practices.- Optimize capital structure and ensure effective use of financial resources.
Operational Efficiency:- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and improve supply chain efficiency.
Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for operational improvement.- Implement cost-saving initiatives and drive operational excellence across the organization.
Supply Chain Management:- Oversee supply chain functions to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement and distribution of goods.
Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.- Ensure supply chain resilience and manage any disruptions effectively.
Leadership and Team Development:- Lead and mentor the finance and supply chain teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve company-wide objectives.- Represent the company to financial partners, including investors, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
Strong background in supply chain and operations management.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
