Job Role: Finance Manager (Base in Pasir Gudang, Johore)
Client is an established manufacturer of consumer goods with more than 50 years of business experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing and leading in the day to day operation of financial accounting functions such as cash reconciliations, accounts receivable, account payable, fixed asset activity and payroll.
- Ensure all statutory and periodic management accounts, analysis, and ad hoc reporting are accurately and promptly submitted.
- Ensure financial statements are accurately prepared on a timely basis and ensure compliance.
- Monitoring credit control, selling limit and overdue accounts.
- Analyze and review costing and financial performance, interpret company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities.
- Overseeing the preparation of financial statements, reports and forecasts, providing insights and analysis to support strategic decision making.
- Working closely with internal business units and managing company's budget, liquidity planning, cash management and funding requirements.
- Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures and controls to ensure compliance with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Checking ad verifying payroll reports including statutory payments such as EPF, LHDN and SOSCO.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Degree in Accounting, Finance and related field.
- Must be qualified accountant ACCA, MICPA, CPA or equivalent, member of MIA preferred.
- Must have experience in manufacturing industry
- Minimum 8 years working experience in related field.
