Job Summary:The Finance Manager will oversee and manage the financial activities of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, and sound financial planning. This role involves leading the finance team, conducting financial analysis, implementing financial strategies, and providing strategic insights to support business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial principles, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Supervise and manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses.

Lead the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting activities.
Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with departments to gather data and develop realistic financial projections.
Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support.
Conduct in-depth financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business decisions.
Evaluate financial performance against benchmarks and industry standards.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track financial performance.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and strategic initiatives.
Develop and implement strategies for effective cash management and investment.
Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and business operations.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions as needed.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance their skills and performance.

Ensure the team adheres to financial policies, procedures, and best practices.

Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.
Coordinate and manage external audits and regulatory compliance.
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Maintain and update financial databases and systems.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
Proven experience (typically 5-7 years) in financial management or a similar role, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial capacity.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
