Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.- Analyze financial data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize profitability.
Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and projections.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators to assess the company's financial health.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.
Manage the company's capital structure and investment portfolio to maximize returns and minimize risks.- Evaluate investment opportunities and make strategic decisions to allocate capital effectively.
Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.- Establish internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory authorities.- Communicate financial performance and strategic initiatives to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
