Finance Manager, Construction
A construction company who is rapidly expanding across Malaysia is looking for a career minded finance manager to be part of their team. You will be key member of their finance team, working closely with the managing director and chief financial officer (CFO)
Main responsibilities of the Finance Manager role
- Oversee and be responsible for the full spectrum of Finance operations with other team members
- Monthly in-depth sales and throughputs analysis and ensure accuracy for billings and revenue recognition according to IFRS15.
- Develop budgeting plans, monitor the financials and business performance and ensure compliance with the budget.
- Monitor and assist with remediation of the Company's control deficiencies
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
- Able to handle full set of accounts and budgeting and forecasting
- Willing to work in Klang
- Able to work independently and have a good eye for details
- Must be professionally qualified (ACCA/MIA/CIMA/CPA/ICAEW)
- Experience with BURSA reporting will be an added advantage
