You are responsible for the day-to-day financial operations and systems, and ensuring effective reporting and control of compliance, audits, capital expenditure, investments and assets for the group operations. You are required to work closely with the Managing Director and managing the finance team.
- Handle full sets of account including closing of account.
Handling of financial reporting packages, ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly management and return submission.- Month-end review of journal entries and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
Review and authorize all payments ensuring accuracy and appropriate approvals.
- Handle and supervise all accounting, taxation which involve liaison with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, suppliers and lawyers.
Periodically review the financial reports and identify opportunities for cost reduction.- Analyze data and advise top management on how to maximize profits.
Cash Flow management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant corporate guidelines, accounting standards, and other regulatory and legal requirements.
Other duties as delegated from time to time by reporting superior or any other person designated in their absence.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Masters degree preferred).- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
Able to lead, manage and supervise the team
- Able to work under minimum supervisor, self-starter and pro-active.
Strong in analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.- Chinese candidate is preferable.
