About The Job
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, as a Finance Manager, this position will be mainly responsible for the Finance Operations, mainly AP and AR.
- Oversee timely and accurate AP and AR processing.
- Optimize working capital and cash flow.
- Ensure prompt, accurate supplier payments.
- Manage customer invoicing and collections.
- Implement credit controls to minimize bad debts.
- Resolve payment disputes with stakeholders.
- Streamline AP/AR processes for efficiency.
- Strengthen internal controls over cash handling.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
- Professional certification (e.g., MIA / CPA / ACCA / CIMA / MICPA / ICAEW).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AP/AR management, with 2 years of leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of cash flow management and credit control principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- High adaptability and flexibility.
- Willingness to work in Pulau Indah, Klang.
