The Account & Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role includes budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and economic analysis to support strategic decision-making. The manager will also liaise with auditors, manage payroll, and implement financial policies to enhance organizational performance and profitability.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with auditors and coordinate annual audits.
- Support strategic planning through financial analysis and reporting.
Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL Accounting software and MS Excel.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
- Ability to speak English and Mandarin well.
