Monitor the organizations income and expenses.- Managing records and receipts.
Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements.
Processing invoices.- Record account payable and account receivable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Track bank deposits and payments.
Assist with budget preparation.- Prepare AGM meeting slides and presented.
Prepare and arranged documents for auditing purpose.
- Handling and collecting students course fee & hostel fee.
Prepare students payment structure.- Monitor marketing commission claims.
Maintain employees leaves, medical and attendance record.
- Keeping track of employees attendance.
Monitor OT and staff claims.- Prepare and release monthly salary.
Handle HR.my system.
- Prepare EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB submission.
Monitor staff disciplinary issues.- Prepare letters such as appointment letter, disciplinary related letter, MEMO's and official letters.
Monitoring company secretarial documents.
- Arrange for weekly meetings.
Taking minutes of meeting.- Monitor office clerical works.
Monitor stationary and other inventories.
- Receive and monitor mails and phone calls.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ HR or any related field.
- Minimum 1-2 year working experience in related field.
- Possesses skills that are innovative, problem solving, result - oriented, interpersonal skills, team player like and have a highly motivated personality.
- Able to work under minimum supervision and meet datelines.
- Good written and verbal communication:- English , Bahasa Melayu.
- Full-time position available and able to start work immediately.
- Good in Microsof office:- powerpoint, word, excel, outlook and etc.
