Job Responsibilities:- Handle full set accounts. Responsible for day-to-day operational matters of the accounts departments and ensure timely and accurate accounting data entries.
Process employee reimbursement and petty cash claim.- Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agent, company secretary and other regulatory bodies.
Audits: Assist with audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- To perform office general administrative duties.
To perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate Superior or the Management from time to time.
Diploma/Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or similar Professional Qualification in accounting.- Preferable at least 3 year(s) of working experience in the accounting firm and 2 year(s) of working experience in the relevant position.
Knowledge of accounting standards, principles and procedures.
- Familiar with accounting software.
Good analytical skills and logical thinking.- Responsible, discrete and able to handle confidential information.
Fluent in
Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
