Job Responsibilities:
Ensure all financial activities are completed timely and in accordance with corporate timeline, guidelines and policies.
Financial activities include, but not limited to: o Preparation and posting of journals.
Monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities and reporting. This includes preparation of financial statements and schedules.
Preparation of monthly reconciliation and schedules
Analysis of accounts
Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial transactions.
Participate in process/continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with all stakeholders and as a team with other team members to ensure end deliverables and KPI are met.
Perform all other related tasks assigned from time to time by Team lead/Head of FSSC.
Requirements:
Degree holder in accounting and/or finance or professional qualifications.
At least 1 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
Experience within a shared services set-up is preferred.
Meticulous, analytical and a high degree of agility.
Proactive in resolving matters, while being able to manage time effectively.
Highly committed and able to work independently.
Stakeholder influencing; strong in communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment are essential.
Experience in Business central (Accounting software), RPA (Uipath) is preferred.
