Job Title: Finance Executive Term: 6 month contract (Renewable at the end of the contract as to convert into permanent)
Salary: MYR3,500 MYR4,800
Working location: Bangsar South, KL
Working day Mon - Fri
Working hours 9am to 6pm
Ensure all financial activities are completed timely and in accordance with corporate timeline, guidelines and policies.
- Financial activities include, but not limited to: o Preparation and posting of journals.
Monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities and reporting. This includes preparation of financial statements and schedules.- Preparation of monthly reconciliation and schedules
Analysis of accounts
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial transactions.
Participate in process/continuous improvement initiatives.- Work closely with all stakeholders and as a team with other team members to ensure end deliverables and KPI are met.
Perform all other related tasks assigned from time to time by Team lead/Head of FSSC.
Degree holder in accounting and/or finance or professional qualifications.
- At least 1 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
Experience within a shared services set-up is preferred.- Meticulous, analytical and a high degree of agility.
Proactive in resolving matters, while being able to manage time effectively.
- Highly committed and able to work independently.
Stakeholder influencing; strong in communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment are essential.- Experience in Business central (Accounting software), RPA (Uipath) is preferred.
