Job Description

Job Responsibility

Prepare monthly financial reports, financial audits, and tax returns.
Provide the management team with regular and ad-hoc financial data and overall financial performance analysis.
Assist in the preparation of forecasts, budgets, and monitoring actual performance.
Responsible for the companys tax matters.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, company secretaries, and other statutory bodies/authorities.
Ensure the company complies with legal and other regulatory requirements, including accounting, legal, secretarial, and tax matters.
Independently manage full sets of accounts, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, expenses, and bank reconciliations.
Review import and export documents and coordinate related matters with freight forwarding companies.
Handle other tasks as assigned by the finance manager or directors

Job Requirements

Proficient in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
Applicants must have at least a bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, banking, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience in finance and taxation within a manufacturing plant is required.
Able to work independently, handle pressure, think proactively, and continuously learn.
Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
Familiar with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively, managing time well, and consistently demonstrating team spirit.
Skilled in using financial software and office tools such as Microsoft Excel.
