- Job Summary: As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. You will work closely with Senior Manager to provide financial insights and ensure the companys financial health.
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships.
Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
- Support fundraising activities, including preparation of financial reports for investors.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.- Provide financial guidance to other departments and support strategic planning.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Finance Executive or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of startup financial dynamics is a plus.
