Finance Executive

The ideal candidate will be well organised and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance and accounts. They should be excellent at recording data and have the ability to produce clear financial reports. You will be working closely with a Finance Manager that will be able to guide

Responsibilities

1. Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of the company
2. Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
3. Monitor accounts payable and receivable
4. Ensure timely processing of payroll
5. Handle claims
6. Bank Reconciliation and Closing

Requirements

1. Candidate must have at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accounting
2. 1+ years of experience in a related field
3. Strong organizational and analytical skills
4. Detail-oriented
5. Language: English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Skills Required:

1. Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Outlook)
2. Xero
