Prepare reconciliation on the additional revenue based on system generated report vs CMS system.
- Perform day-to-day financial operations relating to revenue reconciliations of the Company and its subsidiaries.
Prepare billing to customers for the Other revenue.- Work closely with the operation team to identify the offloaded shipments.
Independently work with shared services on the billing.
- Independently communicate with Agents to verify and investigate discrepancies in the reports.
Assist the Finance Manager/Team Lead in preparing monthly finance reconciliation reports for Management on a timely and accurate basis.- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of invoices and related documentation or workings.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Adhoc task or project assigned by superior.
Work closely with other finance team members to achieve departmental goals.- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the current processes or report from the system.
Has/pursuing a degree in Accounting / Finance or Professional Accountancy Qualification (eg: ACCA/CPA Australia/MICPA, ICAEW)- Fluency in English and at least another local language is a plus.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Slides), and other useful financial software is a plus.
