Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Provide insights to management based on financial analysis, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Assist in the development of monthly budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor budgetary performance and highlight areas of concern or potential savings.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure budget compliance and accurate forecasting.
  • Handle day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing journal entries.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Prefer Mandarin speaker
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
