Job Description:- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop financial models and reports for budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Cost Management: Monitor and optimize production costs to improve profitability.
- Accounting & Compliance: Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and support investments.
- Inventory & Asset Management: Manage inventory and assets to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Financial Strategy & Reporting: Provide insights and reports to support strategic decisions.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate across departments and mentor junior finance staff.
- Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Masters degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Proficient in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting tools.
