Summary:
The Finance Executive will be responsible for Account Receivable processes which include billing, reconciliation and collection.
Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of Account Receivable processes of clients
- Manage monthly client billings in accounting system
- Coordinate with marketing and buying team to ensure proper documentation for billing purposes
- Communicate with client on billing-related enquiries
- Follow up on collection regularly and arrange to send updated statement of account
- Work closely with marketing team for WIP of jobs / campaigns
- Liaise with vendor on cost and invoice related matter
- Review all vendor invoices for proper documentation and making arrangement for payment process
- Review account reconciliations of vendor statements and resolve discrepancies on a monthly basis
- Prepare revenue report on a monthly basis
- Assist in month end closing and reporting
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of new softwares and productivity techniques
- Any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Finance studies or any related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to communicate fluently in English.
- Confident and able to handle demanding situation professionally
- Strong analytical skills, resourceful, independent, strong attention to details, hands-on and easily adaptable to changing conditions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout company organization
- Computer literate with good knowledge of accounting software
- Meticulous and structured.
- Curious character, and instinctively proactive
- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments; who embraces change and evolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Word / Power Point and SAP experience is an added advantage.
