A Finance Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial stability of the company and guiding it towards sustained growth.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage and oversee our financial operations and ensure the companys financial health.

• Budget Preparation and Management:
• Prepare the annual budget based on the companys financial planning.

Monitor company expenses to ensure they do not exceed the set budget.

• Conduct variance analysis between the budget and actual financial performance.

• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Report on profits, losses, cash flow, and the companys financial position to the owners or directors.

• Ensure reports comply with relevant accounting standards.

• Cash Flow Management:
• Monitor and manage the companys cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for short-term obligations.

Plan strategies to improve cash flow, such as optimizing customer credit terms.

• Debt and Accounts Receivable Management:
• Manage the companys debts by ensuring timely payments to suppliers and lenders.

Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring customers pay on time.

• Financial Planning and Forecasting:
• Provide both long-term and short-term financial forecasts.

Develop financial strategies to achieve company objectives, such as expansion or investment.

• Tax Management:
• Ensure the company complies with relevant tax laws.

Prepare tax returns and report to tax authorities.

• Develop tax strategies to optimize the companys tax liabilities.

• Financial Risk Management:
• Identify financial risks that could impact the company.

Develop mitigation plans, such as insurance or prudent debt management.

• Banking and Financial Relationships:
• Manage relationships with banks, lenders, investors, and other financial institutions.

Handle financing, loans, or other financial arrangements the company may need.

• Internal and External Auditing:
• Prepare all necessary documentation for audits.

Work with internal or external auditors to ensure the companys finances are in good order and compliant with regulations.

• Cost Control:
• Oversee and control operational costs to maximize profitability.

Find ways to reduce costs without compromising quality or efficiency.

• Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in financial management or accounting.

Experience related to manufacturing and furniture business.

• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.

Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL systems).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
