We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Executive to join our dynamic finance team in our KL office.
- Accounts Receivables
- Oversee and manage the accounts receivables process to ensure timely and accurate collection of outstanding invoice
Downloading of sales transactions from various online sales platforms and allocating revenue based on product.
- Maintain thorough records of transactions to support accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
- Weekly Sales Report / Monthly Sales Report
- Compile and analyze sales data on a weekly and monthly basis to generate detailed sales reports.
Updating of sales figures in accordance to sale channels and products- Ensure timely distribution of reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Inventory Management Support:
- Requirements:
Assist in conducting comprehensive stock takes at various retail locations and warehouses- Ensure accurate inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and provide detailed reports on stock levels.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Able to speak mandarin is an added advantage
