The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and be comfortable handling financial data. You will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, process payroll, and manage other finance-related tasks. Proficiency in recording data and generating clear financial reports is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Track company expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and other financial transactions.
• Provide regular financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing.
• Handle payroll processing and claims.
• Perform bank reconciliation and closing tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accounting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Xero.
