JOB DESCRIPTION:- Acting as the main point of contact between the customers and financial institutions to facilitate financing solution and lending services with due diligence.
Assessing customer needs, processing applications, and conducting thorough analysis for the approval and compliance purposes.- Collaborating effectively with the stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance customer experience.
Maintaining a reliable record of all financial reports and documents in a timely manner.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in financing operations.
Identifying and mitigating the risks associated with financial operations and related funding facilities.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply.- Bachelors degree in risk management or related field.
Have a talent in verbal and writing skills (English) for an effective communication with customer and financial institutions.
- Willing to go extra mile to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the processes.
Demonstrated integrity and ethical conduct in handling financial transactions and sensitive information.
