Finance Executive (Accounting)

_Benefits Summary:_

• This is a full time permanent position

Basic Salary RM4,000 - RM5,500

Working Hours: Monday-Friday:

• 30am-6.30pm
• Working Location: Kota Damansara (Walking distance from MRT Station)

Our client, a reputable Real Estate Agency Firm that is one of the market leaders in real estate industry and they have been growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand. They are currently seeking for a passionate Finance Executive to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their management to contribute to the financial health of the organization and support their financial operations.

_Responsibilities:_

• Handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner

Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances

• Prepare monthly management reports and other accounts related matters

Assist in audit and tax preparation

• Liaise with external parties on auditing, tax, secretarial matters, bankers, suppliers & etc.

Maintain journal entries, analyses and inter-company accounts

• Effectively and efficiently to resolve problem/matters internally and externally to ensure the operation runs smoothly

Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries

• Performing day to day accounting operations

Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior from time to time

• Prepare cash flow budget, yearly/ Monthly budget

(For Senior Executive level only) Finalised management account (For Senior Executive level only)

• Ability to groom the team member based on the updated financial skills and knowledge (For Senior Executive level only)

_Additional Information/ Requirement:_

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent

At least 3 years of relevant working experience

• Able to handle full set of accounts

Candidate with prior experience in property development industry/ real estate agencies/ HDA will be an added advantage

• Good knowledge of SQL accounting software; Excel and Microsoft Office
