Job Description
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Provide strategic financial insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and cost control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal financial policies.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
- Support the leadership team in evaluating investment opportunities and strategic initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CPA, or similar designation preferred.
- 10+ years of finance experience, with a background in logistics, transportation, or related industries.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and business partnership skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, with strong Excel skills.
