Job Responsibilities:- Manage finance duties, including banking, treasury, accounting, and reporting
- Assist in financial planning and analysis for company operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure records comply with auditors and government requirements
- Assist in financial & risk analysis (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, etc.)
- Review SST Service and sales tax submission
- Prepare annual budgets & forecasts, monitor & manage cash flow
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Assist in tax audits, statutory reports, and workflow improvements
- Ensure timely submission of statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Taxes)
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, suppliers, and customers
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure
- To support administration work when necessary.
- Basic knowledge in audit & tax computation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to speak Malay, English and Chinese
