Position: Finance cum Admin
Office based in Taipan 2, Ara Damansara
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, financial transactions, including income, expenses, and any other relevant financial activities.
- Maintain proper filing of administrative paperwork.
- Processing invoices and tracking payments.
- Handle accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of bills and invoices.
- Handling petty cash and expense forms.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Prepare regular financial reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English AND Chinese; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added bonus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Precision and care in handling tasks, especially regarding data and communications.
- Sensitive and very detailed with numbers.
- Proficiency with office software, including word processors, spreadsheets, and email platforms.
- Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
