Description
- Oversee the month-end close process to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial information to stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain a robust control environment throughout the region, with a focus on Financial Control Framework
- Prioritize maintaining a healthy balance sheet position.
- Collaborate as a business partner with Marketing Company and Global Finance Services
- Support initiatives aimed at generating cash flow.
- Provide accurate information on Transfer Pricing, including updates on new Transfer pricing and annual revisions.
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure the timely and accurate submission of local statutory reporting to relevant authorities.
- Offer coaching and guidance to business analysts to enhance their skills, improve analytical capabilities, and deepen their understanding of processes.
- Identify and promptly resolve complex issues, collaborating cross-functionally to address root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Engage stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenges, fostering strong relationships for effective collaboration and communication
Profile
- Chartered Accountant CA, ACA, Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 8-10 years General Accounting / Controlling / experience
- Audit experience is a must
- Strong English and Mandarin Language proficiency, both verbal and written, with the confidence to express clear opinions and ability to explain financial issues to non-financial management.
- Experience of change management and building engagement.
- Ability to work well in and across diverse global teams.
- Have experience in SAP.
