  • Here are the responsibilities:
Prior experience in managing and resolving clients issues and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • To
consult and evaluate a client's business progress involving and achievements throughout the 1 year. To understand and have an interest in the business fundamentals preferably within the Business Management, Finance & Human Resources industry.
  • Prior experience in managing business reporting, financial and human resources process.
To manage, prepare, and keep a record of the clients database and progress report.
  • Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with the clients throughout the program to increase customer efficiency.
To respond to inquiries in a timely manner and maintain a good relationship with Hasbul Brothers clients.
  • To liaise and work closely with the Customer Relations department to ensure customer service efficiency.
  • Desired skills & requirements:
Important - At least 2-5 years of experience in the Business Administration/ Finance/ Account/ Human resources industry.
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Management/ Finance/ Human Resources or any equivalent courses.
To have an interest in the fundamentals of business knowledge and management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends.
Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering great excellent service.
The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
