Job Description

Job Responsibility

Sales and Lead Management.

  • Leverage provided warm leads to engage potential clients, identify their needs, and offer personalized insurance solutions.
  • Drive sales of bancassurance products through targeted client engagement, ensuring customers understand the benefits of these financial solutions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Customer Engagement and Education.

  • Engage with bank customers both in person and through follow-up on warm leads, educating them on insurance as a key component of financial security.
  • Conduct financial needs assessments to recommend suitable insurance products based on customer profiles.

Collaboration and Relationship Management.

  • Collaborate with bank staff to maximize sales opportunities and deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branches to enhance customer reach.

Compliance and Reporting.

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Insurance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial sales, bancassurance, or related field. Previous experience in a banking environment is an asset.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English to engage with a diverse client base.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and financial planning concepts.
