GENERAL DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant to the Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks both within and across departments, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication.
Follow up on outstanding items as directed by the Finance Manager.
- Monitor responses and conduct timely follow-ups.
Act as a minutes taker during interdepartmental meetings, keeping track of outstanding issues and reminding the Finance Manager as necessary.- Assist with form filling for external parties and handle company document requests from external/inter-company parties.
Manage timekeeping and deadline reminders.
- Coordinate and compile reports from teammates for review, reconciliation, or checking by the Finance Manager.
Initiate communication regarding incorrect invoices/entities to respective billing teammates. Manage timekeeping and deadline reminders.- Coordinate and compile reports from teammates for review, reconciliation, or checking by the Finance Manager.

Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a finance department.
Strong organizational and time management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
