Job Responsibility
TT Freight & Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our finance team with daily transactions, record-keeping, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for numbers, accuracy in handling financial data, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and on time.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budget tracking.
- Maintain and update financial records in the system.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance with financial regulations.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding payment matters.
Job Requirements
- Proven proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin.
- Minimum secondary school education; diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Strong numerical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
