Currently our office is located at Damansara Utama. Expected to move to Glenmarie, Shah Alam in 4th Quarter of Year 2024 or 1st Quarter of Year _
Responsibilities: Lead the overall finance function and the finance team, ensuring full completion of the companys financial responsibility on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Ensure the credibility of the finance team by providing timely and accurate analysis of financial results, budgets and financial trends and forecasts.
Ensure internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial, statutory, audit and tax reporting/ requirements.- Provide strategic direction to the Management, providing high-level, proactive financial expertise to the Management as a whole and direction for both short-term and long-term financial planning.
Advise the Management on the financial resources and all financial operations of the management.
- Preparation of budget forecasts and financial analysis.
To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as when required.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.- At least 5 years of working experience in Financing and Accounting related work is required for this position.
Preferably candidate with working experience in property development and construction industries.
- Candidates must be at least Degree / Diploma in Accounting or partly completed their professional accounting qualification i.e. MIA, CIMA, ACCA or CPA.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
