Responsibilities:- Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Track and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Ensure timely payment of invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Financial Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and financial data.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Prepare audit schedules and documentation as required.
Perform general administrative tasks to support the finance department.
- Respond to financial inquiries from other departments and stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Fresh grad are also welcome to join.
Accounting Skills: Have knowledge in accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards.- Analytical Skills: Can do analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make recommendations.
Software Proficiency: Have experience in accounting software (e.g., SQL) and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.
* Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
