Job Responsibilities:
Assist in daily administrative tasks, including document handling, data management, and file archiving.
Job Requirements:
Good written English.
Attention to detail is crucial.
Good organizational and multitasking skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and coordination skills, able to establish good working relationships with team members and clients.
Good in using office software (Microsoft Excel & Autocount ) .
Good time management and problem-solving abilities.
Relevant experience as an office assistant or administrative assistant is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome.
