• Job Description

Processing work orders, supplier invoices, purchase orders, expenses claims, account payments and etc.

• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/booking of flight tickets etc. for the upper management.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

• Handle basic accounts payable and receivable.

Perform daily and monthly data updates to aid in the close and estimate processes.

• Assist in vendor master management and Crypto wallet management.

Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.

• Working closely with the fundraising/ marketing team on all administrative tasks.

Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.

• Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree in Finance, Accounting and Business Administrative or related field.

• Minimum 1 years of experience in finance.

Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.

• Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level colleagues.

Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Fluent in English is a MUST. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage at all levels of the organization.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience to change.

Knowledge of Crypto wallet management is an added advantage.
