Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist Director on daily basis
  • Assist in following-up assigned task with other employees
  • Assist in financial report for entities and management account
  • Prepare documentation relating to e-commerce and retail operation
  • Prepare bank reconciliation and shipping reconciliation
  • Assist in checking and receiving goods from Supplier or Distributor
  • Data entry, filing and keeping accurate report
  • Make payment to supplier and verify payment from customers
  • Check and record retail daily shift and daily sales
  • Provide Quotation, Sales order, Delivery order, & Invoice for company
  • Generate reports / financial dashboard and others administrative task for entities
  • Check sales vs logistic billing

Job Requirements

  • Able to speak in both Bahasa Malaysia and English languages.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work in a challenging environment and follow a flexible work schedule.
  • A dynamic, highly motivated and results-oriented individual with good interpersonal skills.
  • 5 1/2 working days per week; (Alternate Saturday)
