Our client is a company specialist in solar energy and energy efficiency solutions based in Subang, Selangor is looking for a Finance & Admin Manager.
Responsibilities:
- To manage and motivate Finance, Account, HR and Admin team members.
To manage a full set of accounts using accounting software & prepare monthly financial reports.- To manage the cash flow and monitor financial transactions within the company to ensure there are no discrepancies in reports.
To coordinate with peers across departments to achieve company goals.
- Handle Human Resource functions.
Any other tasks as and when required by the management.
Position Requirements:- At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification.
Candidates who have partially finished ACCA, CIMA or CPA but have sufficient work experience in a managerial capacity can be considered.
- Required language(s): English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Experience in procurement function will be a plus.- Experience in Trade Finance facilities such as LCs, TRs and BGs preferable.
Experience in SQL Accounting System will be added advantage.
- Experience in managing and supervising a team of subordinates is essential.
